Delete your Logworm account

You can request permanent deletion of your Logworm account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

How to request deletion

Email help@logworm.com from the email address associated with your Logworm account.
Use the subject line Logworm account deletion request.
We may reply to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
After verification, we will complete deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Data that will be deleted

Your Logworm account profile, including your email address and display name
Your logged movies, TV shows, books, and podcasts
Your ratings, rankings, lists, predictions, and associated social activity
Other account-linked content stored by Logworm

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-compliance purposes. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and kept only for the period required by applicable law. De-identified or aggregated information that can no longer identify you may also remain.

Deleting the mobile app from your device does not delete your account. Use the request process above so we can identify and permanently delete the correct account.
