Logworm is operated by Hai Duc Consulting, LLC. By creating an account, signing in, continuing as a guest, or posting content in Logworm, you agree to these Terms of Use and community standards.
Logworm does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, share, or encourage harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, bullying, or content that targets, intimidates, exploits, or harms another person or group.
You are responsible for the ratings, logs, comments, reviews, lists, profile text, and other content you submit. Do not post content that violates these Terms, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks applicable law.
Logworm may filter objectionable content before it is posted. Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users from the app's moderation controls on shared content, comments, and public profiles. Blocking a user removes that user from your feed and notifies Hai Duc Consulting, LLC for moderation review.
Hai Duc Consulting, LLC reviews objectionable content reports within 24 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or eject users who violate these Terms or abuse the service.

This Privacy Policy describes how Hai Duc Consulting, LLC, the operator of Logworm ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Logworm mobile application ("App").
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. This information is stored in our database, which is powered by Supabase.
Content you log. The movies, TV shows, books, podcasts, rankings, and ratings you add to the App are stored on our servers via Supabase and synced to your device. This data is associated with your account.
Social interactions. Logworm includes social features that allow users to view each other's lists and rankings. Any content you mark as public within the App may be visible to other users.
Device information. We may collect basic device information such as operating system version and device type to support app functionality and troubleshoot issues.
Advertising data. We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect information about your device and interactions with ads, including your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS or Android Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and general location. This data is used to show you relevant ads. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Consent data. We use Google's User Messaging Platform to collect and manage your consent for personalized advertising, in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Communication preferences. We may collect and store your email communication preferences, including whether you have opted out of marketing emails.
We share information with service providers that help us operate the App, such as database, authentication, advertising, consent management, analytics, support, and email delivery providers. These providers may process information on our behalf.
We do not sell your account email address or the content you log. We do not give your email address to third-party companies so they can market directly to you unless you have separately consented or we clearly tell you otherwise at the time of collection. Advertising partners may collect and use advertising data as described in this Policy and their own privacy policies.
Your account and content data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. A local copy of your data may also be cached on your device for offline access.
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing and promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us at help@logworm.com. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send non-promotional messages about your account, security, support requests, or important App updates.
Personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS, or Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android) or through the consent prompt within the App.
Account deletion. You can delete your account and associated data inside the App from Settings/Profile. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
Data access. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below.
Logworm is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
